Jack Edwards is an English Literature student at Durham University (not that you would ever be able to tell from his videos), a studytuber, podcast host, and pun lover which his new companies name 'Ink Outside The Box' is evidence of. If you're looking for a new planner for this academic year filled with puns, bold colours and helpful pages such as 'Alternative Holidays' and 'I Owe You/You Owe Me' trackers, then look no further than Jack Edwards recently launched Academic Planner, better known as the Jackademic Planner (I am definitely going to continue to refer to this as the Jackademic Planner from here).
Design wise, the Jackademic Planner is absolutely beautiful. There are bold pops of colour entwined throughout, while also having a clean, crisp layout that does not look too busy. It's practical and yet still wonderful to look at, making the idea of organising your time engaing rather than a chore.
Inside you can keep track of birthdays, contact information for your teachers, any information for clubs and societies, further reader teachers may recommend, term dates and also there are useful contacts such as mental health support and student discounts. Since students tend to be stressed, especially around exam times, I'm really glad that Jack thought on the importance of providing access to mental health resources, which in turn reminds people to take care of not only their physical, but also their mental, health.

Arguably one of my favourite features of this planner is that the pages for each of the months are made of slightly thicker paper, therefore when you are flicking through it extremely easy to find where each months begins. Some people may not think that's a very important thing, but the small details like this make filling out this planner on a day to day basis so much quicker and more effective.
Another amazing feature is that there are so many sections for notes in this planner. At the start of each week there is a couple of lines for some notes or important deadlines related to the week; at the end of each month there is a least one note page; and there is also a larger notes section at the back as well. This planner really does have everything, the only thing it's missing is a section for a monthly playlist, but that's why Spotify exists after all.
Truly, the quality of this planner is amazing, and you can tell that a lot of time and effort went into the creation of it. This is not just the classic template of a planner that has been seen again and again, the Jackademic Planner has charm and personality, has functions that are all useful, and is designed to aid students as much as possible.
My final comment about this product would be: The Jackademic Planner is stylish with useful resources, a youthful pop of colour and is tailored beautifully to help students. I would definitely recommend getting your hands on one while you can.
The Jackademic Planner is available at inkoutsidethebox.co.uk and I fully encourage you to go and buy one for yourself. At £14, this is amazing quality at an affordable price. Don't miss out on the chance to organise your life, and enjoy some puns at the same time, with Jack Edward's amazing Academic (Jackademic) Planner.
Your stage is waiting.
